Ashley Horner
Ashley Horner was always active though out High school. She was an avid soccer player making the ODP (olympic development Program) Although, she grew up in an active family she never participated in workout programs or saw a need to eat healthy. Once she put her soccer career aside she wanted something else that would keep her focused through out college. She did not want to be one of the girls who gained the 'freshmen 15'. She took what she learned from her mother who would always lead by example in the way she cooked exercised and read fitness magazines to keep her interested. Ashley began to expand and grow off of what her mother had taught her.
Now at the age of 27 she has already started her journey as a figure competitor trains herself does her own diet and works out on her own. She is a personal trainer mentoring other and guiding them so they too can have a more balanced life. With her two boys 2 & 4 keeping her on her toes she has set out to be a good example to them and for all the moms who struggle to get the post pregnancy pounds off. Ashley competed in her first Figure show before her son was 1 year old placing first overall and finding a love for the stage and a love for the sport. She has continued on in modeling and competing placing the bar higher every time. Her exotic native american beauty, symmetrical build & outgoing personality has set her apart as an individual. Ashley Horner has a big heart and truly loves everyone in her life. She has set out to make a statement that anything is possible when you want it bad enough.
