Caithleen Heffernan
Caithleen Heffernan has been actively involved in the fitness industry for nearly a decade. A personal trainer and group exercise instructor, she loves influencing people to change their lives in positive ways.
Over the last few years she has been competing in Fitness Model and Bikini Model categories with the WBFF. She continued into modeling and has travelled within Canada, the United States and internationally for photoshoots in the last year. “Fitness is a large part of my life, it keeps me balanced and I love nothing more than a hard workout!” Caithleen has trained with some of Canada’s top Fitness trainers including Annette Milbers and Paul Anthony Neil. “With the help from my trainers I have gained soo much knowledge and I am forever grateful”.
Not only does she heat things up in front of the camera, you should see how she heats things up in the kitchen. Creating new recipes is one of Caithleens favorite hobbies. “I have always loved to cook! I remember being a little kid with a toy cooking pan over a heat register trying to cook for my mom.” Caithleen’s passion for cooking has landed her a position with nutragirls as the official chef/writer for Nutra Fuel.
“Fitness is a lifelong journey” says Caithleen “making proper choices everyday is what makes you a model of fitness”.That being said her goal is to influence people in making healthy choices for themselves on a daily basis. Her recipes are focused first and foremost around being made from natural ingredients that will build a healthy lean and tonned physique.
Caithleen’s goals and asspirations for 2011:
-Publish her first cookbook
-Get the cover of her two favorite Canadian Magazines. Oxygen and Inside Fitness Magazine
-Compete and Win Pro status with the WBFF
