About Me
| Currently I am a IFBB & NPC National Figure Competitor as of 2008. I have been competing in Figure since 2006
*2009 Arnold Amateur Figure Overall Winner :) Participated in 13 Competitions to date I love love love training!! Can't wait to get in the gym everyday! Currently I am training for the CBBF Canadian Nationals and the NPC North Americans, both taking place at the end of August 2010. Personally - I cannot wait!! My goals are to succeed as a fitness model, and ultimately grace the cover of popular fitness magazines. As an athlete my health and fitness are my number one priority, however it is important to me to be able to maintain balance in all aspects of my life, as well as my personal fitness goals. I think balance it the key to success that all athletes ultimately strive for. Like I said before if my life is short or long I want to make sure I lived it to the fullest.. |

| I love animals - specifically dogs.
I have the most amazing friends and family. They are the most important to me :) My brother and sisters are my best friends. My much much younger brother Mike is the best to train with - he truly motivates and pushes me to do more.. I love to snowboard and draw. I am a graphic designer of almost 12 years.
